To deliver a music video to Spotify, the following minimum requirements must be met.
Video format
- Preferred resolution: 1080p

This applies in particular if the video includes:

- Sexual content or nudity
- Repeated or strong obscene or vulgar language
Spotify uses this label to determine which content is accessible to users under 18.
Required image (Thumbnail)
- A preview image is mandatory for all videos
- The image must be a still frame from the music video, not the album cover
- Deliver the image in the highest possible resolution
- Use image type
VideoScreenCapture - Recommended: 1920 × 1080 pixels, JPEG or PNG
Metadata and rights
- One video per track
