Create a new promotion

Click on the green button "New Promotion".

1. Select product

Select the release for which you would like to send the promotion.

You can either search specifically for it or simply click on it.

2. Description

You can change the e-mail subject and select the label.

• Require feedback to download tracks = If this option is enabled, track downloads will be only available after the user entered a feedback. Otherwise every receiver can download the tracks
• All users can download WAV = If this box is not enabled, the tracks will be only provided as MP3. If enabled we offer high quality WAV files to the receiver

3. Receivers

Now select one or more receivers pools.

Then click on "Import" to upload the email addresses.

You can exclude specific email addresses from this promotion by just ticking their checkbox.

4. Tracks

Now your tracks are uploaded. 

You can also exclude tracks from your release by removing the checkmark.

We urgently recommend to have a look at the preview mail and to send a test mailto avoid mistakes as they cannot be corrected afterwards!
