Create a new pool

Receiver pools help you organize the email addresses of the people you want to send promotions to. You can create different pools for different audiences, for example DJs, radio contacts, VIP contacts or genre-specific groups.

To create a new Promo Pool please click on "New Pool" in kontact!

1. Enter the pool name

First, enter a name for your pool.

Choose a name that helps you recognize the group later, such as "VIP Pool", "House DJs", "Radio Contacts" or "Techno Promo List".

2. Add email addresses

There are two ways to add email addresses to your pool:

You can enter them manually. Add one email address per line, or separate several addresses with a comma or semicolon.

Alternatively, you can upload a CSV file containing the email addresses.

Please make sure to add email addresses only, without names, additional text or other contact details. If you upload a CSV file, the file should also contain email addresses only.

Before saving, please check that all email addresses are spelled correctly and formatted properly.

3. Save your changes

Once all email addresses have been added, click Save changes.

Your pool will then be available when creating a new promotion.
