Authorized representative of the bank account.


SWIFT/BIC

SWIFT codes (also known as BIC codes) have 11 characters and are used to identify banks and financial institutions worldwide.

You can find the BIC/SWIFT code under "Imprint" of your bank and on every account statement.


IBAN

You can find your IBAN number directly on your bank card at some banks. Otherwise you can also find it on your account statements or in your bank's mobile app. 

If you don’t have an IBAN you have to enter your account number.


Tax Info

Small entrepreneurs are those whose yearly turnover of establishment does not exceed 17,500 euros. Invoices issued by small entrepreneurs have to include a statement that no VAT is charged a reference to section §19 UStG.


If you are a small entrepreneur, then you have to enter the Tax identificator number. It's a 9-digit number that starts with the number "9" and is formatted like an SSN (NNN-NN-NNNN).


If you are not a small entrepreneur, then you have to enter the sales tax identificator number (VAT ID No.).


The VAT identification number (VAT ID No.) is a unique number used to identify a taxpayer (company) or non-taxable legal entity registered for VAT purposes. Most companies (and persons carrying out economic activity) require a VAT ID No.


Tax Exemption

From an annual turnover of more than € 5.000, a withholding tax is due. The percentage of this tax depends upon your country.
