Subsequent changes to meta or audio data

Case 1: You have submitted your release but it hasn’t been forwarded to our delivery service yet.

If your release has not yet been forwarded to our delivery service, you can still make changes via the Edit function in your account.

Please note that changes may delay the delivery process and could affect your planned release date.

Case 2: Your release has already been forwarded to our delivery service.

If your release has already been forwarded to our delivery service, changes can no longer be made directly in your account.

Please contact us at labelrelations@digdis.de and include:

  1. the UPC/Barcode of the product
  2. the track title, if the change only affects one track
  3. a clear description of what needs to be changed
  4. for audio changes, a download link to the new WAV file, for example via WeTransfer or Dropbox

In many cases, metadata or audio corrections can be sent to the stores as an update. However, not every platform supports every type of change. Some corrections may require a full takedown and re-release.

Please also note that post-delivery changes usually require manual handling and redelivery. For this reason, service fees may apply.

Once an update has been sent to the stores, it can take some time until the changes appear on all platforms. For audio replacements, some stores may process the update within 24 to 48 hours, while others may take longer.
