TIDAL Artist Home

TIDAL Artist Home is TIDAL’s artist dashboard. It allows artists and their teams to manage the artist profile, update important information and control what fans see on TIDAL.


Claiming an Artist Profile

To claim an artist profile:

    1. Log in to your TIDAL account
    2. Go to artists.tidal.com/claim
    3. Search for the artist name or paste the existing artist profile link
    4. Select the correct profile and continue with the claim process

Please note that you can only claim one artist profile at a time.

If you see a message saying that the profile has already been claimed and you believe this is incorrect, TIDAL provides a reporting option to review the case.


Track and Album Verification

After selecting the artist profile, TIDAL will ask you to confirm the profile by selecting at least one correct track or album that belongs to the artist.

If you see incorrect content, you can select it and report it directly to TIDAL.


Verification Methods

There are two main ways to verify an artist profile:

  1. Social media verification

    You can verify the profile using connected social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook or X.

  2. Manual verification

    You can also complete a form and provide the necessary contact details for TIDAL’s verification process.


Managing and Editing Artist Profiles

In TIDAL Artist Home, artists and their teams can edit several parts of the profile, including:

  • profile picture
  • biography
  • social media links

Editable sections usually include an Edit button.

If content on the profile is incorrect, you can use the Report button to notify TIDAL’s content team.


Team Management and Account Overview

Under the Team tab, most roles can view team members, invite new ones and remove certain roles.

Not every team member can edit the profile. Only users with the roles Owner, Admin, Manager or Label can make direct changes to artist information.


Account information

The Account tab allows artists and teams to keep contact information up to date. This helps TIDAL share important updates about features, products or profile changes.

Most roles can update account information, except View Only users.

If you need to change details such as the legal name or birthdate, you will need to contact TIDAL Artist Support.
