Monthly Statements / Create an invoice

The monthly dig dis! statements can be found under the menu item ‘Current Contract - monthly statements’.

You can see and download the statements from this and the last 3 years.

Monthly Statements

Your new statement will be ready on the 1st day of each month.

However this doesn’t necessarily mean that this revenue was also generated in the same statement month as platforms pay out on different cycles.

Please refer to the column “Sale Period” to better understand when the revenue was exactly generated.

Don’t worry if you don’t see all your streams and downloads right away. Different stores like Beatport and Spotify have different payment schedules, so it might take a bit longer for everything to show up. Just be patient and give it some time for the data to be shown correctly.

Date of bill

If you want to view your payment history, simply enter the date on which you sent the invoice. This will give you an overview of the invoices you have sent.

Create an invoice

In order to pay you, we must first receive an invoice. For this, it’s important that the invoice contains the following information:

  • Full name and address of your label
  • Tax number or VAT ID number
  • Invoice date
  • Consecutive invoice number
  • Description of the service (here: licenses)
  • Reporting period and the respective sum
  • If you are based in the EU: VAT number of your label and our VAT number (DE 154755994)
  • Your bank account details

Notice: Invoices from invoice issuers within the European Union (EU) must include a valid VAT number.

Please note that if you are based in the EU and don't provide your VAT number we have to deduct 7% of your invoice for tax purposes according to para. 12 of the UStG.

Email invoices to:  invoice@digdis.de

Our invoice address:

Music Mail Tonträger GmbH

Bruckwiesenweg 34

70327 Stuttgart

For submissions by e-mail, we only accept invoices in PDF format (no Word documents!)

You will receive an e-mail in case there are any errors on the invoice. If you do not receive an e-mail, then you can assume that the invoice amount will be paid within the payment due date as laid out in your contract (usually 30days). We ask you to refrain from requesting payment to be made before the end of the payment deadline.

If your bank details have changed, please indicate it in the invoice. Write it also in the subject line, so that our accounting department will be informed in any case. Otherwise the invoice could be lost.

In some cases the bank fee in your country is higher than the amount you charge us - in such cases it's better to wait until your billing amount is higher than 100€ before sending us an invoice.

This is actually only the case in countries outside the EU. If such bank charges are known to us in advance, we will inform you and then we can decide with you whether a payment should be made.

Please also note the withholding taxes - for more information click here: Withholding Taxes
