Label profile on Spotify

1. Set Up a User Account:

  • The first step to creating a label page on Spotify is to set up a normal user account.

    You can do this here.

  • Choose your account name carefully as it cannot be changed later. It's advisable to use your label's official email address for setting up the account.
  • Once your account is set up, you can proceed to have it verified.

2. Convert to a Label Profile and Verification:

  • To transform your regular profile into a label profile, it needs to be verified. This step is crucial for gaining the "blue tick" which not only lends credibility but also allows you to add links to your playlist descriptions.
  • To start the verification process, first fill out this form. You'll need to use an email address that matches your label's domain name.
  • Then, send a blank email to labelverification@spotify.com to receive a 7-digit code, which you'll need to complete the form.
  • After submitting the form, the review process can take up to 4 weeks.

By following these steps, you can effectively set up and verify your label profile on Spotify, enhancing your label's visibility and credibility on the platform.
